Budget Moves located in las Vegas represents everything that is wrong in the moving industry. Michael Morales owns the limited partnership, MM LLC, which is doing business as Budget Moves. His largest sin is that he has lied to me. Forget the damaged property.  Forget that his men were 10 hours late for the scheduled appointment. Forget that his men are also liars. A man of principal need not lie himself. This is no man of principal.  They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, below are pictures to show the damage Budget Moves did to my property.

His 2 employees tried to force a couch through a doorway. When moving out I had talked to them about removing the door.  I removed it myself because they didn’t seem to know how so I showed them.  When moving in they didn’t take off the door!  Truly not very smart people!  One of them even said “I don’t know why you’re mad it’s just some scratches.”

The doorway the two “geniuses” tried to fit the couch through. Notice they finally took the door off. The couch was lodged in the doorway when they did take it off.  Below is a close up of the door hinges where in the end they just ripped it off making it so the screws wouldn’t hold the door.

What can I say ? How bad were these guys? If you what your property damaged beyond repair then call these people. It is certainly worth a little more money to get someone more reputable.

I have many more pictures but you get the idea.  If you use these people to do your moving, you are making a big mistake. I am posting this web site to help protect you from making the same mistake I made. These people will not take my calls, they will  do nothing about the damage done to my property.  They are not to be trusted.
